Archbishop Kavukattu Central Library

‘Library is the heart of University’s’ work’, rightly said by the former President of India Dr.S. Radhakrishnan. Library is the heart of any educational or academic institution because it is the spring of wisdom from where all can quench their thirst of knowledge. All the academic works start form the vast amount of sources kept in the library and it is based on these sources that the work progresses. So anyone with an ardent desire for knowledge cannot but approach library to get it fulfilled. Library exists to disseminate the right information to the right user at the right time.

Archbishop Kavukattu Central Library was established in the year 1953. The construction of the new building was started on 23 October 1992 with the laying of the foundation stone by Archbishop Mar Joseph Powathil the then Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Changanacherry and the Patron of the college.
